It's disappointing that I never got the chance, though Whim might have won anyways if we both applied :p
At least the judge that was chosen was a good and logical choice.

Might go for wynncraft section tho, could be possible.

Okay seriously you pick one judge in two hours and give the other sections THREE DAYS?! I swear every time I come to read the comments you add something to the original post that makes me more and more infuriated.

I'm not attacking you, sorry if it seems that way. I'm mad about the used he used to choose the judge for the your work section, not the judge he ended up choosing. I think you'll be a great judge, I'm just mad I never got a chance to apply.

 

I feel the same way about this tbh - I'm not mad, but you're right, it does seem very unfair.
But that's none of my business...

 

'Chops, if you had someone in mind, as you clearly did, just for future reference, it may have been better to talk with that person first, before opening an application for the position. It still would have been your idea and you would have retained the final word on it, but then you could have had the other person already in their position, to help with picking the other positions. Anyone who read your original thread, and was waiting to get out of class or off of work to apply, would be rightly upset that you opened the position, then filled so fast.

As to rest of the discussion - it's been about this choice, and not about the person who was picked. Nice. For once, mutual appreciation between people who would have been competing among each other.

 

@LordMuttonChops dude, why not have Whimsi to act as vice-judge of the entire show? Like second-in-command, or something? Just as a higher level of power to the actual judges. That way everyone else who wanted to apply for the your work section would be able to fairly battle to the death to claim the judge role?
Sorry meant fairly argue peacefully don't make us fight to the death that could cause some PTSD

 

He asked me to be the judge. if you don't like it then just ignore it.

 

whoa, whoa, I didn't say I didn't like the decision, I just wanted to add a creative suggestion. If anything I think it's a great decision. But I feel for Xavier because I've been in plenty of situations like this before on this forum, and I didn't want to see another awesome community member lose an opportunity.
