btw do armor speical abilites regenerate each fight?

 

there are cast limits to them, ex. if the cast limit is 2, you can cast it 2 times
you can also cast these regardless of the 4 actions per turn rule, so you can attack 4 times and then use an armor special.

they refill each battle of course, but if you use up all the cast limits in a battle you can't use it again until the next battle
