Yes, this was very thought out. (I was praying that I would get Brute Force and Infected Hide. but I chose the Infected Hide. Either way I would've bought The Spellcaster and the Horned Helm for this.

 

Infected Hide has a 3 agility requirement which you cannot fill out.
wasn't able to equip and stuck with old plate.

EDIT: NVM gonna buy the Fragile helmet off the shop
So build is
Put 3 in Str
Put 4 in Int
The Spellcaster: Req I8 -10 first and second spell cost
Fragile: +4Str +4Int +4End +4Agi
Infected Hide: Req A3 E3 +5Agi
Brute Force: Req S7 +3Str -1End
Battle Sneakers: Req S2 +3Str
