What if Ohm once wore the boots, and deposited a fond memory of Gale into the boots? Could that be what he's referring to in his wish?

If not 1 item works, try throwing items in relating to Gale. Maybe in a certain order?

 

I HAVE MEMENTO BUT I'M LEVEL 91!

Selvut said that you dont need to throw an legendary away to open his tomb..... Maybe the map push released a new item that we need to open the door?

wait....golems...what does golem drop as an item ? idk a rose ? a iron bar ? KILL A GOLEM AND THROW ITS ITEM THERE ;-;
if it doesnt work...get an air voucher and buy that gale thingy ...
if it doesnt work .... there must be hints about the the key to the tomb...im guessing we should throw the item that gale's ghost drop in air floor !!!!!

I bet now we need to find ohms house/tomb/grave to obtain an item that opens gales grave

 

i dont think so cause selvut mentionned that we need find gale tomb to enter ohm lab

 

Someone should try to throw Ohms wish and then Memento right after. It's worth a try. I can't get on atm though.
