With the major ID, this could use Haul spam with Mask of the Coward to rack up a Shadestepper-level hit just by briefly switching to Lunatic for another damage bonus. It'd take a bit of time, but the amount of spam between those hits would definitely be filled with other high-damage cycle spells.
The only issue with this build is the ehp. Other than that it's pretty strong - typical for Mythics. Nice work!
