    but anyways, on another note.

I agree that there can be some problems with the moderator team since in the end of the day they are also players, which means they can still make mistakes just like how everyone else does, the case I mostly agree that happens is the one where a mod would tell you something is wrong to do, while another one might have a different answer.

But regarding player bans, in theory the reason moderators can sometimes take way too long in reviewing appeals is just because of the fact that as I have seen from all the examples you showed, all cases become public by the affected player itself, therefore you now have a group of other players causing a scene which as a consequence distracts the moderators that are "supposed" to review the appeals from reviewing them, along with even more appeals being sent by the moment which results in longer delays.

So technically concluding, the moderator team can have some problems, yeah, but the ones that cause most of them and extends them is the playerbase itself, not the moderator team.

Here is a neutral argument that in sure both sides will agree with:

GET. STAFF. ON. THE. SAME. PAGE.

I should not be able to ask a moderator a question, get an answer I dont like and go find another one with a different viewpoint on the situation which tells me its okay. I should not be able to do that. I should go to 5 different moderators and get the same answer. If they aren't sure they should say they "aren't sure, for now assume it isnt allowed to be safe" and put it up for discussion.

The rules need to be updated. Enough said. Come to a conclusion. And update them. Announce public how it had changed. Tell us why it has changed. Educate us. Even if it doesn't make sense to us tell us why it makes sense to the staff team.

We also need to determine the difference between "allowed" "bannable" and "frowned upon". If I do something that is "frowned upon" will I get banned? Yes? Then its bannable. No? Then its allowed. Maybe? Then decide which it is.

Please for the love of god keep the rules page updated and please have a rules changelog that states a date that a rule was changed and what it was changed to. Stop keeping players in the dark. I shouldn't even have to ask mods if something is allowed because its not mentioned in the rules page or the rules page lacks certain examples.

Thank you to the mods who have been very transparent and have tried their best to bring up discussions that they aren't positive about and have tried to explain stuff to me and my friends when we ask. But I cannot rely on one single moderator to read me the unlisted rules page every time I'm not sure about something.

    Hello.

Firstly thank you for the feedback, we hear your concerns. I’d like to address a few things you’ve mentioned. False bans do happen. We strive to be perfect, but we are human beings. You have to remember that people lie to us all the time. We do our best to read situations and evidence. However sometimes things aren’t always the way they seem. If a false ban happens we always remedy the situation.

I’d like to remind you that moderators never ban without evidence. We almost always have solid evidence going into our cases. I’m not going into specifics but I’d like to say that you’ll only hear the story from one side. Mods don’t talk about cases because they’re private. You’d be surprised how many times I’ve seen people confess, then publicly act like they’ve been acquitted.

Standardization is something we’ve been working on. Personally, I’ve been doing my best to push the mod team on this.

Once again, we hear you and thank you for the feedback.
