I'm not an expert on price-checking, but seeing as no one has given you a proper answer I'll add my thoughts.

Skill point accessories can be pretty powerful as the skill points don't decay when durability decreases. Given the low requirement barrier to crafting this ring and the price of Luxurious Silk on the trade market I'd guess it would be worth about 12-15 EB. However, skill point accessories outside of flipped lapis (and perhaps vim veins) are kind of niche so you may have difficulty selling this.

I will be back price checking in a few days. When it comes to price checking crafted items in general, you have to take some stuff into consideration: first of all the current market prices of the materials/ingerdients you need for the craft and second the chance of getting the desired craft. Obviously, the demand/offer ratio also has an impact, but this is also regulated by the pricing of materials and ingredients. Hope I was able to help some of you. I would not recomment you to rr this one, since the singu prices are really low rn. Therefore, investing more emeralds for a chance of gaining a little bit more value is not worth it. I recomment you to told this item and sell it when the price climbs again.

Since this item is really rare its not sold that often. I recommend you to create a thread in the trade market section to collect offers. Price checking this item is not possible, because it does not have any real use in wynncraft. The price is just dependent on how much people are willing to pay you for and since there are no recent trades to base the price of the pc is not possible

When it comes to resurgence the most important stats are Mana Regen > Spell Damage % > Raw Health Regen.
The main stat (mana regen) is terrible and the other are not great either + 5 rr
The mythic is absolutely worthless, I guess you can expect 16 le or something around those lines, if someone is willing to buy something absolutely useless.

Reasoning: really good spell %, heal cost is average and tp cost below average (Spell Damage > 1st Spell Cost % > 2nd Spell Cost %)
Your boreal is worth 16 le. I recommend you to price check your items before spending 4 rrs on an item, that does not hold the intrinsic value to roll it in the first place.
Reasoning: all regens are bad on an item, that is used for that single reason + 4 rr (Health Regen % > Raw Health Regen > Mana Regen > Walk Speed)

I've rerolled for this, how much now?

 

Guess this was quite the unlucky roll, the mana regen got better, but both secondary stats fell, most importantly the water damage below the 150% threshold. It is currently worth around 3.5 stacks of le. Make sure to use corkian amps 3 when rrling.

EDIT: its still quite the worth roll. You had a net gain of 30 le.
