no, I mean that there are actual tradeable relics. I have a tradeable relic spear and I know that there is a wand, bow and chestplate going around.

 

Those are probably worth a lot...perhaps they're glitched items?

 

When relics were first released they were tradeable for the few first hours. they sell for around 50-90 le each.
