Soo.. the damaging specials is the % multiplied by your melee or spell dam or how is it multiplied?

It's multiplied by your melee.
No it will not

I just came here to see them. Didn't get the tag for some reason. Hyped to put 2 T6 fires on my armour for that 24% endurance. CoW, get ready =P

Chain Lightning isn't very useful for mages as we have our meteor spell which also has the area of effect ability that makes the floor around the blast radius hurt enemies about every 1 second or so. So the thing with chain lightning where it spreads across multiple enemies and can activate your life steal and mana regeneration wouldn't be very useful for mages.
