If I recall correctly, the castle is still in the game after it was moved from the ocean. It's in the background of the Reincarnation boss fight, behind the ladders on the side opposite of the portal.

 

And inside it is a sign that says "you shouldn't be here, hacker"

It wasn't an actual dragon head from 1.9, it was this large nether brick dragon head that made the castle look spooky

 

I play Wynncraft for a very long time and never seen it

 

That's because the castle is currently inaccessible. You can only see some of the exterior in Bob's Arena but that's it.

I remember Samabizzle, Jeremy, Wortho, the 500 dmg spear, grinding sheep in the animal dungeon, Pigball, old nether, server crashes, swarms, "server 19", the tiny lobby, the strip club in the lobby, random heads, the wasteland where Troms is now, Jungle loot chests, yelling at anyone under lv 45 in the jungle, SFD, Scavenger hunts, the old ocean, 2x xp, CM mods, public ban appeals/reports, old forums, lv 280, Salted's first ban(Bank), the lobby maze, Seeing someone that was well known and getting them to talk to you being amazing, Igbar wanting to join the cool kids table, when mods got power, VIP barriers and VIP being 50$ for life and VIP being subscription based, finding secret spots, and so much more. It was so long ago, about 2 years.
