Wait, so the people at 101 are literally at level 200? Oh my... when the level cap is raised, they'll instantly be at the cap... again... and again... until the cap brakes 200....

 

No, because 0-100 is much less than 100-200. Its an exponential growth for how much xp each level takes.

 

Pinecone is right, but all that extra xp would still net them a few levels, maybe up to 10, when/if the level cap is raised

 

Nope. They will LOSE any xp above level 101. When wynn went from lv75 to lv100, the game held all of the point information ABOVE lv75, but it was all cleared. If not, many of us, who had been grinding for items, would have been at lv100 already.

How do I know!? Because there was a glitch, once, that I never could reproduce, that showed me my xp as being HUGE on one of my classes. But, alas, I was still lv75 when Gavel came out.

It's only about 10% for lv1 to lv100. lv101 is just an Easter Egg, and set phenomenally high.

Did some maths really quick

I'm currently level 87, with 1-2 bars XP full, however ignoring those...
I do 3 quests per day, I currently am doing From The Bottom, General's Orders and then Qira Hive

Calculated by my current XP bonus including DXP

From The Bottom: 624,000 xp
General's Orders: 811,200 xp
The Qira Hive: 2,600,000 xp

Lv. 087 > 4070000 xp > Lv. 088

TOTAL XP gained: 4035200

34800 xp needed to level up to 88!

I'll be level 89 by the end of this week, hopefully 90!

That's a LOT of xp how on earth did they grind to 101...let alone get to 100

 

Eh, something strange happened.

Double XP (this happened before DXP weekend) was on, XP bonus was the same yet I gained more XP than I should have, mathematically speaking.

Is there some sort of modifier based on your level compared to the quest' that we don't know about?

 

Can we just have this stickied so I don't have to keep searching for this thread every time I grind

using wynnapps.tk (a site functioning by taking data straight from wynn servers), I calculated that to get from level 101 to 102, you need 277 311 936 XP (pulled up @motoki1 's profile and added XP acquired and needed for the next level.) As this is double the amount required to get from 100 to 101, my guess is that to get from lv102 to lv103 you will need 2 x 277 311 936 XP = 554 623 872 (<-- but I guess no-one is nolyfe enough to find out)

btw that needed XP from 101 to 102 is just only @! 3 ! 's guess, so after lvl 101 is not even out in official yet. And from my experience, it won't need like 250M XP, but only like 15M XP.

I think your off at 93. I was grinding on the Heights and stopped exactly at level up to 93. So maybe a Meteor killed an extra three or four mobs.
I handed in Qira during the weekend.
Qira is 1,000,000.
The DExp weekend, and dxp bomb on the server is 3,000,000 total.
I had the wisdom potion, thats 15%, so 150,000. Total 3,150,000.
I had exp armor for a total of 180%. If you believe as I do that the armor works for quests by mistake, then that's 1,800,000. So total with armor is 4,950,000.
Unless the DXP weekend accidentally doubles armor, for 3,600,000. Making total of 6,750,000.
Unless it also accidentally doubles the wisdom potion, for Total; 6,900,000.
So I think it's off. But it may be proof DXP weekend are even glitchier and more fantastic than we knew!
