Mage/Dark Wizard The Nothing Build

Looking for a the nothing build with good tankiness and meteor damage. Only restriction is no mythics. Basically I'm looking for something that can solo LI with relative ease.

Do you think I could replace both summas with a gold hydro ring and a diamond hydro ring? It looks fine, but I want to make sure I'm not doing something very wrong. Also, do you think I could replace rainbow sanctuary with anything? Its fine if there isn't, lost sanctuary is just an absolute pain in the ass to grind 6 times or whatever.

less dmg but a bit more tanky

 

you wouldnt be able to replace the summas becouse you need all the sp and he mana from them and rainbow sanc is a pretty solid dmg option to rainbow but can be replaced there
