I know that this wasn't the reason for the bomb bell, I understand why it is banned for Wynntils. It was a joke

 

Is this confirmation that the rank is really, really expensive? like $200+ levels of expensive?

 

$200+ could semi-justify some features

 

I don't know if I completely agree, but that thought did cross my mind so I'm probably leaning towards that opinion.

At $200+, I just don't see the value. If it's less than $50 to upgrade from hero on sale, I'll do it, but I kind of doubt it will be :(

 

I am not saying it is ok, I am saying that I would more likely accept some of the least debatable features.

Completely agree, though I think some of the other, less P2W features might get more heat for not being worth the $200 price at that point.

 

Then we have got endless problem that is impossible to solve to make both sides happy (except removing the rank/lowering the cost drastically)

 

The rank will most likely be 160$. Wynncraft ranks are double the price of the last tier so it would make sense

Because you have hero already, it'll cost the same as hero did.

 

At 30% off on sale that's close to $60 so I guess I'll be on the fence about it. There's also always a chance it goes on a higher sale since it's the top tier, though I also doubt that. Good point with the price doubling though, never really thought of that.

Just to reinforce that, back when i deleted 4 of my classes since i quit, each one was lvl 100 or 101 can not remember. But, it took little over 27 Days just to delete a single class!! (this was around late 2018)

EDIT: The bombtracker discord could become more obsolete however, the usage of champion players contributing to it could allow it to be more efficient at tracking bombs (again this is dependent on the community)

We (the Bomb's tracker staff) will makes sure to ping bombs as fast as possible on there aswell as most of us will very likely end up buying the Champion rank. I mean sure it will still be faster to have Champion but on the other hand Bombs tracker is free and champion will probably cost a ton of money so I think that will be a fairly ok featured as long as the community stays fair with it.
So Bomb bell beeing unfair is pretty much only a matter of how YOU as the community handle it. Also the Bomb bell will only go as soon as a bomb is thrown. On bombs tracker you are still allowed to ping 5-10 minutes before you start so we don't realy see where bombs tracker should be dieing there.

With the new xp bonus ingredients proffers wont need hunted, thus hunters can now retire. unless you do HICH....

 

The rank is only going to be op based on how many people have it. If online and active champions at any moment are under like 50 or 60 then it really doesn't matter. Reserved slots is a little questionable but if they increase the max from 50 to 55 nobody should care. Bomb bell and /switch become inconsequential when not a lot of people have access to it.

 

I was unaware that they would be adding a class deletion backup system in the update when I wrote that comment, but thanks anyway.

I didn't know that xp ingredients would be added, pretty cool. They should add a login PVP cooldown to counter HICH though

Im sorry if I come off as rude but this is just plain stupid. Half of the MOD TEAM and a good amount of the content team are in bombs tracker like hello????

Theres also LITERALLY A CHANNEL in the wynncraft discord for bomb parties. There's absolutely no way in hell, ever, that theyd ban over something that stupid.
