this was a test on Matrojan Idol
A total of 10 forms, finished in 20 ish seconds.

 

Grandmother: Does insane damage.

Everyone not using Grandmother: Ok Boomer.

 

woah that damage is crazy! Although I think it's actually okay (well maybe they could nerf it a little bit I dunno) just because of the all the downsides from gma, such as -hpr, -ws, having to put sp into strength and thus having to sacrifice either +int, +agi, or +def, all of which are important for dps consistency / mobility / survivability. I think it's quite cool seeing gma take the spotlight after being underrated for so long, which I feel like will happen if its damage remains the same, especially with strati's dmg nerf.

Now dirty Strati and Divzer generation has ended, and Grandmother generation begi-

 

All the mythic bows feel pretty solid now (except Strati might be very slightly toward the weak end, and tbh I kind of think Spring should have kept a +1 cost to Storm).

Saw post and was like wow!

In detlas a few days ago I saw someone using it and absolutely devastating the damage dummies.



I knew it was a matter of time.

 

Imagine having damage, high int, high dex, and high agility at the same time. Totally not broken

 

Why is the ol' granny so agile?

 

I dunno, why is she’s so agile but one thing for sure ... that nerf kinda keep her demand in coffin

you can build EWF with gma and still have 70 agi
u are literally going to be a super tank with at least 40 def(for hive boots) pairing with 70 agi

 

Keep in mind master hive armor gives -30 to the 2 stats they don't support.

The hpr is outta control while having damaged nerfed & only 40 agi? No thanks

 

Damage is still a slight buff from live (not to mention less neutral and more earth, which is even more of a damage benefit). Not to mention a % spell buff and walkspeed penalty becoming negligible. Note that it gets 40 Agi even if you use a Hive armor that penalizes Agi. If you don't, you can easily either get massive tank capabilities with non-Hive EWF, or just build without focusing on Def/Agi at all and still end up with a solid chunk of it.

 

Bomb went down around 5-6k after changes. Pretty close the The current gma in 1.18 however min base is higher and with extra skill points.
It's still somewhat viable, as a weapon choice

 

I'm suprised no ones said this yet, but idol has 10 forms, not 9.
