I thought about removing the -agility as well, the lifesteal is a great idea! Extra mana steal is fine as long as it does not cause added negative mana regen (like in Black, for example). I like the fact Inferno can be used for spells really well.

Or then the second option I had in mind was to keep everything else the same and just buff the damage by ~20% or so. Or maybe even any of the positive IDs. Maybe give it a massive health buff, just like Monster? Max at 2500-3000 or something? Or a massive fire damage, walk speed or defense buff? Maybe even a melee buff?

So many options, all can be made to work.

 

can you test Fatal with water powders

 

I'm pretty sure that it will make almost no difference in damage.
Since fatal has no neutral damage, water powders will add 30-38 water dmg if you're using tier 6. Curse only affects water damage, and you don't have that much water damage. The reason why courage on fatal is a thing because courage buffs damage of every element.
