    If you go into the second floor of the house directly opposite the gate, you'll get a loot chest. I think it was T2, but the amount of loot felt more like a T3-4.

    Just did this, the reward is he lets you use his farm, which has a bunch of Millet (Level 60 Farming) in it, and thats about it.
