Build Name: "Master" of the Dungeons

Class: Mage
Play Style: Smack them with meteors
Restrictions: The items are not tradable, dungeon only
Weapon: Compiler (t4 fire powders, or f6 if you is crazy)
Gimmick(s): Dungeon items only! You have to farm it yourself, everything is untradable. The spell costs are all 1, which is nice, I suppose :P

It uses legendaries, sorry. The "gimmick" is that is is from dungeons only. With 8k meteors and 40k eHP it's quite OK for something that uses untradables only. Show off your "mastery" over dungeons with, eh, this "great" less than optimal dungeon items build (._.)"

Don't expect to do well in high-end content (Raids, LI, EO), but will do all other content just fine, probably :P

(PS: Untradable items don't drop on death so feel free to die many, many times!)

So about heavy spell:
Heavy spell is very suboptimal in game right now. I use it (and am as far as I know, one of only 2 people who do), and the damage is very underwhelming for the decrease in spell casts/sec. On top of that, heavy spell essentially relies on ambivalence/having low intelligence, which, as you can guess, is incompatible with time rift. So, yeah, sorry about that. Its not really a possible request. Here's tanky trift lunar spine tho!
