The Item Loss Paranoia Predicament.

This happened to me and I lost my raging wind, I saw it on the ground, I never did manage to pick it up because it was untradeable.

How does the glitch even happen then? Is it because of a full inventory?
I've seen it happen to me, thank god I was poor at the time so I had room in my inventory and not my usual 30 potions. Or else my poor armor would probably be gone...
Either way, I hope this bug is fixed soon. I don't want to lose my shitty armor Return to Ether.

Hopefully those blasted item loss glitches will be gone for good soon. I did lose my crystal a while back and it wasn't a good experience.

I totally agree, I have lost countless bracelets, necklaces, and rings to this glitch. Some of them enabled me to use my gear and I got extremely lucky as to have something else that could help boost skill points. I do agree with this glitch needing to be fixed because I've lost a lot of stuff.

Well, I've been feeling a little stressed about something that is causing me to not play Wynncraft for specific reasons, and in fact, is one of the biggest reasons I made this thread, to see if other people feel this way.

Imagine yourself, as a young Wynncraft player named "Xx_MLG_JIMMY_xX", you are one dedicated Wynncraft player, you are level 46, you are the leader of an active guild, and you are wearing rare/legendary gear from actively posting on the trading section of the Wynncraft forums, you're already making it big, and you're only level 46.

One day, you log on, and you notice something amiss! And it doesn't fill you with bliss! All your items vanished into thin air! Little Jimmy doesn't know why this has happened to him, after all, all he remembered was logging out outside of the Llevigar bank, he never saw this coming at all!

"I have an idea!", Little Jimmy said, with a hint of hope in his chest, "I'll go on those Wynncraft forums, to see what has happened to my beloved items!"

A few minutes later, Little Jimmy learned the cold hard truth of life

[Note: I did not make this thread to rant on the no-refund policy, while I am against it occasionally, I know that it exists for a reason]

In case you still don't get it even after reading the title of the thread and reading that little story I made, yes, the reason I haven't been on is due to a fear of randomly losing items I've worked hard to get, and I don't know whether I should pat myself on the back for making the "right" decision or whether I should punch myself in the face for being a "paranoid little shit".

See, I'm having a bit of a conflict with myself with these decisions:

"Stay away from Wynncraft so my stuff can be safe and/or wait for an update that will (hopefully) fix these glitches"

or
"Continue to play, but at a risk of losing all of your shit out of nowhere"

And I know, maybe those "suffering" from an item loss glitch are just lying to get more free stuff (which is why the no-refund policy even exists in the first place lol) But when you see so many threads popping up about people losing their stuff for no reason, it just really deteriorates your motive to play Wynncraft in general, and if many people feel the same way I do, then that's a very big problem for the lifespan of Wynncraft as a whole.

I know, I know, bugs are hard to fix, I didn't make this thread to put more pressure on the staff team, they are already have to deal with "WHERES THE UPDATE??!!!"

And I also know that item loss glitches aren't something new, hell, I haven't even felt this paranoid about item loss glitches until the recent rise of the skill points bug, and something else....

Were just about to reach the climax of this thread folks, there is one more thing that is keeping me from playing Wynncraft: The Class deletion glitch @XavierEXE

Quick! think of one thing worse than losing items to a glitch! That's right! having something you've wasted entire months/years on deleted by a glitch!
Allow me to repeat myself, I did not make this thread to put more pressure on the staff, I made this thread to see if other people have been feeling this way about this predicament...

Well, in conclusion, I do hope in the future item/class loss glitches are a thing of the past, and I guess you could also call this a mini-rant? No clue.
I might as well repeat the question I made this whole thread for:
"Is anybody else feeling this way?"

I know how you feel in more ways than one. I have experienced the same fear, anxiety of losing more after being hit more times than I can count. At first the losses (before the drops-vanishing was fixed) were unnoticed or got my reaction "i could have sworn i had these items on me), then i noticed these occuring across all my classes, after a sudden server restart, and especially when i typically have a full inventory. I have raged quit and posted to friends and not wanting to play Wynncraft because its hard. Like so many of you, you lose items with nice stats that are hard to find, or i dont have the LEs to go bidding on them. I dont think it matters whether you are lev30 or lev60 or lev90, the loss is real and the fear is tangible. Only time passing, and a little fix brought hope, then again the hope was quashed when even after the fix, items still disappeared (my friend experienced this). How do I play now? .... when I feel like taking the risk, i deliberately pass up on nice gear because they have minimum skil pts required, and if i have no choice but to wear 1-2 items which require skil pts., in order to not die, I make sure I keep 1-2 slots free, or liquidate quickly. I can't even do /class without fearing same thing will happen. I do /class quite often if finding gear suitable for another class or need to compare gear. I pray to the gods all the time when i have to race against the server restart countdown to ID-to sell-convert to EBs-put in bank. I sell stuff I cant afford to keep, tho i wish I could have the ideal setup when a player keeps a set of armor for farming, and a set for battling (hp).

I have not had a class deletion yet, hope not to. If that happens, I Hope to have the support of my Wynn friends/community. Otherwise, indefinite period of cri-ing! * see "cri" triptych posted by Salted re: spell dmg nerf update*.

...not a rant ...just sharing similar experience. Yes i hope both glitches will be fixed soon...

I think the main glitch that causes item loss is the skill point loading thing, where the armor loads before the skill points and the armor gets deleted because you don't have enough skill points or inventory space. That's why I always empty out my inventory before I log off.
