    OOC: I know what this is. A forcefield was surrounding the arena, and they are making it smaller so the tributes are more likely to meet and die and they get to watch pepole die. Those sick pepole... I swear after this RP is over you must have my charater
    A) figure out how to summon and control giant indestructible robot dragons from beyond the grave to destroy capitol or
    B)figure out how to do that while living after winning the games
