Can somebody tell me what exactly Blood does? I keep seeing people on 4chan who say it's useless and doesnt do anything.

 

Seems to be based around morale, relationships, and inspiration, which are things extremely important to any group, but they're considered small, invisible things so no one really cares about it even though it's absolutely vital. Like, imagine if we all had to individually think about and focus on breathing in order to breathe. That's the level of inconvenience that a lack of morale would give. Without upkeeping morale and stable ties within a group, it will fall apart.
