    I believe this was on the HS Subreddit a while back, and was made by the same guy who made the Fluorite Octet dice rolling simulator (I think).

    Nonetheless, it's a pretty good tool for making OCs.

    All the available characters are on the OP, as @Caliborn said. The way the cult works is by changing your profile picture to one of the icons drawn by ikimaru (Link on the OP) and generally just being active on the thread. Roleplay is encouraged but in no way required or forced, as well as the use of character talksprites (If the chosen character has them).

    Kankri is available, to answer your question.

    The four balls were mostly just referencing pool in general to be honest (didn't feel like trying to put the entire set of pool balls in (also the 8-ball is a half-reference to Vriska too)), and the puppet is just a general reference to puppets in HS (like the smuppets & cal)
    But other than that, you got them all
