Tanti's Puzzlestuck Journey update: AAAAAAAAAH SGRUB IS SO HARD.

 

Just wait until Alternia.

(You don't actually need to beat Sgrub to beat the game. You can just beat Nemesis (Sollux's Planet's Denizen) and you're pretty much finished)

 

I'd like to beat all of the levels though.

Things seem a lot easier now that Gamzee ascended though.

 

You're going to love Terezi's Denizen.

 

Speaking of Terezi, I should probably use her. Her ability would be really good against these overly defensive denizens.

 

You'd probably want a defence shredder like Nepeta or Dirk for that. As much as Terezi will always do damage, with defence shredders, you can have your entire team doing damage.

 

Yeah, Nepeta's pretty good for this but I think I just need to do some more levelling in general to take advantage of the defense debuffs.

 

More puzzlestuck shenanigans: Just discovered the god combo that is Sollux and Nepeta. Lower defense with Nepeta, make a bunch of skull orbs, and then destroy that denizen!

EDIT: HOLY CRAP GOD-TIERED SOLLUX IS INSANE

 

I personally favor dirk+bro. Dirk lowers the defense and bro deals a ton of damage. Plus they both do red damge, which syncs well with bro's ability.

Just beat Sgrub in Puzzlestuck. Most of the denizens died in like 1 hit to the Pounce+Doom combo. Hope Alternia stands a chance tomorrow.

Lol I've been slowly working my way through all of the denizens. I beat gamzees denizen first try, and terezis second try (because I didn't have anyone who could lower fking defense, and holy hell the damage it does, and the damage I don't do to it because of its fking orb stealing thing) and all the rest I've done have been easy so far.

(The pairing of gamzee and jaspersprite is hella op. With 10 light orbs, you give gamzee enough dark orbs to use his ability which often gives you nearly enough light orbs to repeat the cycle, each time healing you and farming orbs for the other characters abilities)

Ummmm... Can somebody please give me a strategy for grinding at low levels (like second planet you go to low) and where do I go after I finish the second planet anyways? The only new area I have is the dream bubbles and they all have over 20k hp each...
