From what I can see, those are impossible to recreate in Singleplayer.

I just regard all bosses as a spoiler unless they were directly stated that they are the boss at the end before you get to them

ive poured hundreds of attempts into fighting weak zombie and ive failed them all, how is it not a boss

Maybe try another tactic? Circle Strafing might stand a little bit of chance against Weak Zombie, but I don't guarantee it as Weak Zombie is difficult as heck
