I think the critical point for this one is figuring out how some posts are “not affected by the rule”. It is weird to have “normal” conditions to not affect something that looks so plain and simple.

 

It’s only the first post that did that (because it was the first post of the rule).

This post is not a guess and it breaks the rule.

So this means that only the first post don't break the rule? i.e. it is impossible to post something after that which is unaffected by the rule (which kinda contradicts the intention of the declaration "if you have started something inherently unaffected by the rule, then you will get this message", but now lets continue the logic.)
Then, I think this rule will be something of the kind "you had something to do with the post above this one"
But it is not simply"quoting the post above you" since one of the post above does quote the post right above that one and it still violates the rule.
Anyways, this is an interesting challenge and definitely need more guesses to reveal more infomation about the rule, espcially something that doesn't violate it.
