I’m willing to accept that it’s not a province then.

 

I feel like in a VERY late update, maybe like 4 years later, another big and final province will be introduced xd

 

They already announced it was the next province coming.

anyway, my guess would be corkus, purely because dern is even more unlikely

the sentence in the picture sort of implies that all four provinces mentioned are inhabited by sentient and decent people that aren't battle crazy, which sounds more like corkus than dern
