I steal the clean water and drink it all. Turns out it was the water from the Grand Youth quest so it makes me immune to the effect two wishes up.

(That means it back fires like shadowmage1 said and it has no effect on me.)

I wish that time stops forever and all existence is frozen. Then everyone receives a shock to their brain erasing all memories and thoughts that can not be countered and if someone tries they get erased form existence forever so even if stuff does come back everyone will be an empty husk roaming the earth that will, in time, die.

You fixed this world but you can't fix your broken... life? Soul? What made you go out of existence anyway? How do I word this? Anyway you died so yeah.

I had to just google what godmodding is and read multiple things on it. Anyway ok I'll stop but there are ways to get around the system with those wishes I made so I'm not quite sure about this.

Due to the paradoxial nature of the wishes and caches, all of them are nullified. Also, it broke the space-time flux, so the entire universe is sent to chaos.
