If the fish can magically regenerate any part of its body, unless the entire fish is taken out, then why can't we just split it in half to have 2 Everlasting Pufferfishes?

Anyway I would rather keep the pufferfish so I can poison and hunger myself whenever I want

 

Can we just rework half of the mf nesaak region this quest aged like MILK

 

I mean, nearly quest that has a "moral dilemma" of some kind lacks one thing; shown consequences. Doesn't matter if an entire group of squid people starves or villagers continue being kidnapped to be turned into golems, all that matters for the player is picking and choosing the rewards that you get. It'd be cool to see a "vision" scene occur so the effects of the player can be recognized further beyond general dialogue.
