The Completionist Challenge

Short thread here, not feeling like doing an introduction. Basically, I'm suggesting a new challenge (like Hardcore, Ironman, etc.) called The Completionist Challenge.

Basically in order to level up, you must have all of the following for your level and lower completed:
- Quests (excluding the quests that are impossible for craftsman characters)
- Slayer Miniquests
- Gathering Boards
- All dungeons of your recommended level or lower that you haven’t completed before.
- All secret discoveries your level or lower that you haven’t found.

Basically, any experience you gather without having these completed will add to your total level, except for the last one. All experience will be added to an "xp well", which will only be rewarded to you once you've completed all the requirements for your level up.

TBH I just want this so I don't feel obligated to go for the "fastest" grinding route, and will feel comfortable with doing my actual goal anways. That's it, vote in poll.

I actually kind of like this challenge, it would make doing all 5 challenges more meaningful as you've done literally all the content you could, and it adds some extra challenge when mixed with others, such as needing quest items with ironman, forcing players to do dungeons with hardcore, etc

 

hic completion but with discoveries that take ages to find and 250 hours of mandatory professions and professions grinding. including one or two skills that you will literally never use (or two hours for discoveries with YouTube video)

good idea, but it'd just be pretty bleh imo

 

yes i leveled up to level 91 now let me just complete decrepit sewers, infested pit, underworld crypt, lost sanctuary, sand swept tomb, ice barrows, undergrowth ruins, galleon's graveyard, corrupted decrepit sewers, corrupted infested pit, corrupted underworld crypt, corrupted lost sanctuary, corrupted sand swept tomb, fallen factory and corrupted ice barrows. Then I can move onto quests and professions. time to grind for a good hour.

Well you only have to do EO once. If it was unclear I meant if you haven’t done a dungeon that you’re the suggested level of, then you’ve got to do it that one time before continuing.

Wait… how would you do that if you need some quest helmets (e.g. climbing helm, purified helmet of legends) to complete some quests, but can't put them on because of craftsman?

True, although one thing a friend brought up to me... can you use the pirate wig from royal trials? I believe it isn’t a quest item and is just a unique since you can purchase it at an NPC.

 

So like after the dungeon quest ? Also what about Boss alters?
