You could just leave and come back or /class but yea it probably needs a timer, also how would this be dangerous to people with eye diseases?

All that makes sense except, "they could have their eyes infected" that kinda sounds like your saying the nausea would infect there eyes

/class isn't the most obvious solution. I had no idea that it was a thing until I heard about it. If a player has just started a quest, chances are they aren't going to immediately /class, reselect that class then continue.

I think the nausea during the parkour or running through the cave was fine. It's a short thing and you have to deal with the extra element of difficulty. However, it should be completely disabled for the puzzle, something where you have to spend 5+ minutes trying to analyze a problem and the nausea just stops you from doing that.

I would add a message like this that appears once you enter the cave and the nausea starts:
[!] This quest features excessive use of the nausea effect! We are aware that this may cause headaches, please do /class to disable the effect if it becomes an issue for you!

The nausea was actually removed, it should be gone in the next patch.
(There is no date for this patch yet, but there will most likely be an announcement when it occurs.)
Closing because it's good. (in the next patch)
