i know. I am fine with there being some lore about the realms in fruma, but I do NOT want the main storyline to be centered around it! That would make fruma feel like it isnt special, and I want it to be unique and have its own conflicts

Who says there can't be both. The whole Corruption in Wynn is still War of the Realms plotline, but the way the province deals with it and the consequences of the war on that area are unique from Gavel or the Silent Expanse. It can be tied to WotR while still being its own independent smaller story within it.

Here's a good example. Think of the Iron Golem storyline. That's part of the War of the Realms storyline; the Iron Golem production is a consequence, both because of the Corruption War in Wynn providing demand and The Decay in Gavel providing supply. It can be relevant to the War of the Realms without it being focused purely on the Realms of Influence.

 

That makes a lot of sense. However, I would prefer the storyline in fruma to be bigger than golems . Also, do we have to call them golems? Seems kinda iffy

 

It's 13 parts!!! With 8 side quests!! ON RELEASE!!! That shit is gonna be bigger than An Iron Heart!!!!!!!!

 

I understand that. What i am sayying is this: inevitably, SOME fruma content is going to directly relate to war of the realms, and some will not. I hope the parts that do NOT directly interact with it are more meaningful than other examples of relatively contained quest lines, like an iron heart. If there were 13 storyline quests all of which basically were just more ROL, I would be happy with the quests, of course, but my wish for independent content in the story would not be fulfilled
