Shaman/Skyseer The Best Spell-spam Shaman Build (no Mythics)

I'm gonna share my best non-mythic builds, for all ye peasants who are too poor to buy mythics like me rip Yes I have soloed LI and Eldritch with this build.

11mr, 5ms, if you can't spell-spam with this much mana sustainability then...go get a melee build idk

I really tried to cover elemental defenses given that shaman has low base defense, but...well just be careful around thunder dmg mobs. Other than that, you should be fine with 16k hp and 72 def.

 

If you want to go for a bit less dmg but more hp & def, use Hetusol instead of the Ornate Shadow Garb
