    Vanish is cracked. I feel like all of assassin relies on vanish spells, and I agree with the person above. The damage is mad crazy, the mobility is insane, and how you can easily go in and then out of combat is crazy. This spell has assassin at a very good spot in the meta currently.

    In solo play, Vanish is by far the best spell. It's what makes assassin the most fun class even though archer is capable of higher damage.

    However, in multiplayer, Heal is better because it not only props up yourself substantially and it also is the best party utility anyone could ask for. Not having to worry about potions or Regen/Lifesteal is also nice.

    Vanish is obviously up there in terms of pure mobility and combat applicability alongside teleport as being able to instantly de-aggro is crazily good, but to to say it's also objectively the best movement spell I feel is slightly unfair.

    We all know the damage boost is very powerful but at the same time I wouldn't call it a very "free" damage boost as when vanish was changed in 1.19 to incorporate it, the rest of its spells received damage penalties to compensate, making it moreso that vanish is the "center" of the class as it's very clearly designed to be spell combo oriented. Except of course for melee builds, which just received the 80% damage boost at no cost, lol

    Teleport is pretty comparable in terms of actual usage in fights, and I think it's also important to remember that vanish isn't entirely infallible, as while it's very good, it can be countered by ranged mobs knocking you out of being invisible.

    Heal however, while actually being pretty balanced early and mid game as Shots said, begins to completely destroy game balance around the 70s, when you can finally start to balance your builds alongside higher intelligence and cost items. It's the reason why mage is often looked at as the most "game-breaking" class, as while it doesn't deal very high damage, its absolutely insane healing capabilities can nearly invalidate most forms of damage in the later levels and just having a mage in your party instantly makes your raid success rate that much higher.

    My vote goes to heal here.

    This isn't related to the best spell thing, but imagine how much a Meteor would do on a mob with thunder weakness, with the maximum damage roll, crit, totem buff, vanish, courage, somebody else's curse, 150 strength, war scream buff, raid damage buffs, max kill streak armor powder special with the strongest thunder weapon

    totem, vanish, war scream strength doesn't stack
    it's vanish that takes the highest priority
    But the other parts work lol
