Coi and Centipede should counter that and give bonus tier attack speed. Additionally Clock Boots don't have a Dex req unlike Heartbreak.

 

While your all right, you can still get over 100% melee with the right gear and cancer, tho I didn't do the old clock boots, because they are hard to get, and even impossible now, but other wise yes your right lol

Also with coi it isn't that bad

Consider Cancer + Puppeteer for that instead; Puppeteer has +65% max (more than CoI) and the -1 Tier Attack Speed is negated with a good Cancer.

Spring is in Rank 5 and Rank 10 in Overall DPS without powders ?? shouldnt grandmother be #10?

 

So I was looking at this and realized that I have a higher DPS than any of these other items with my build using Redbeard's Hand Cannon and +4 tier attack speed at a total of 3,276 DPS.

 

Because you have +4 tier. Any of these high DPS weapons with a full build will almost certainly do more damage then that.
