    I’m pretty sure it’s only banned if you exploit the bug (intentionally recreate it without doing so to help report it).
    In other words, the normal rules regarding bugs, but they want you to report bugs you come across, especially because it is a beta.

    isn't reporting bugs the litteral point of a beta ? also it's only if you actually exploit these bugs, if you accidentally recreate them it won't be a big problem
