Texture Pack Not Working?

Yo, so I've got a problem and I don't know what's going wrong? I've played Wynncraft for years, I've had the texture pack work perfectly fine the entire time, including my very first time on there. I got a new laptop today since my old one's so busted, but now the texture pack won't work? I can't even play it without the texture pack; I'd honestly be fine trying it without it but I simply can't connect to any of the game servers once online.

I get an error message that says, "Internal Exception: java.lang.IllegalArgumentException: Parameter 'directory' is not a directory"
When I connect, I'm find in the lobby; when I log into an actual server it usually sends me back to the server lest with that above message. Before I remembered to change the thing to enable texture packs via the server info it would simply crash my game when I tried that first time before enabling it, but I don't know if that little bit of info would help with what's going on?

I know nothing about this kinda stuff, so help would be greatly appreciated!
And yes, I already tried Salted's guide for it and a few others as well, none of them worked, obviously, if I've made an account to post this entire thing here.

 

This means you're missing the folder for server sided texture packs from your game files. You can easily fix this by going into the .minecraft folder inside your %appdata%, and creating a normal folder with the name server-resource-packs.

didn't know missing the folder actually stopped the resource pack from downloading. gonna add that to my guide ;)
