for this type of build use a chakram, but maybe after the update there will be a thunder mythic to use

They can pretty much use the same build, except use a maybe a few HP Regen items on the idol build.

"XP" Gear is speaker, papyrus, greaves of honor, bad wolf, full jester set(has to be a good jester set) and sage for mages. I don't recommend using a XP/Build hybrid, just use XP builds for grinding.
