Just want advice for my Az build what I currently have is Crystal, seagazer, helmet of shimmering light, soldeta boots/badwolf
accessories rings detective's ring and raindrop braces squid anklet necklaces royal stormy amulet going for a dex. build

I want either a PVE or a Glass Cannon build
My current build is a mash up of random gear I found, like Restored Ancient, Dream Cloud, Kratke, Boots of the blue stone, Insulation, Clock Amulet, x2 Finesse and Return to Ether.

I also have a ton of hive Vouchers from my other classes

Cascade and manablast are as good,you have to find the one you like more ( I am for real) because manablast cant spam spells but deals more damage.

Other than that enver use Suppressions,they suck ass

Thanks, guess I'll try both. I don't think suppressions are bad because i never use my melee attack and mana steal isn't triggered on spells.

Budget is I guess 64 le, and this is for a lvl 90 mage build with Heavenly Wisp. I think skillpoints should be 40%/40% in int and agi and the rest in something else, but it is your choice, and I would like around 12/4 mana.
Also, is something like Nether's Reach a good replacement for Leo in a warrior fire build? I kinda don't like the -300 water

Could I have a level 95 freedom build? I have a 32le budget( not including freedom obviously ) I want it to have a split of Intel and agility with all the spare skill points. Right now my build is

Greaves of the veneer

Meme toes

Suppression

Clock ring

Clock bracelet

Willpower

Either walk speed, mana Regen or spell damage.
Detectives ring from that one quest is a good option
Raging wind from beyond the grave is good
Contrail, or squid anklet
Royal stormy amulet
Idk for weapon, maybe return to ether at level 90?

If you want a Intel/ Agility split I see no point in using greaves of veneer, which is strength and defense and not agility and Intel. Leggings of desolation, Crystal or Vaward are all possible options. I have a Manablast build which I really like, and I have pretty much that same build except leggings of desolation and clock necklace.

"Decent neutral damage" means using tisuans proof, level 88. Terunalix is gonna need a bit more detail before he makes you the rest of your build.
