First of all, could an archer fire-water build using ignis even work? And then second, what would be a good build for it? One for lvl 100 and then one for lvl 96(chest should be chef hamseys, that much ik)

I really would like to find a good weapon and some accessories (and some pants if there are better ones). I'd prefer if I didn't have to use powders for the weapon(s) in order to get earth/water damage.
