Teaser For Sara And Ganny's Wedding! [ From Ordo ]

Pillow we don't have anything against you, we only have a problem with all the clusterfucks that you (and OM now) create. I really enjoyed the first event because I was on a different world in a smaller and more controlled party. After we moved to the lobby it kinda ok but I left soon after because it lost control and turned into the unarranged mob that spammed and didn't do anything.
These partys are fun with some pauses between them and a small audience (like the old legio events or the current guild events). Having 400 people in the party might sound fun in theory but in reality it doesn't work as expected. They will spam and run around and it would turn into a complete fuckfest.
I can tell you right now that you won't see me or some other members in future events.

Ok, Pillow, I know you are a very good community member and everything but do you ever think you go too far? About a month ago you made a Halloween Party, I understand, since all the staff members were working on Gavel you wanted to be a nice community member and make an event for people to go trick or treating at detlas and earn rewards. The think that kind of boggles my mind is that you are wasting time on a lego game when you can be doing something outside, like trick or treating or something! That isn't that bad in my opinion, because it was only like 10 minutes long. What is a bit more of a mind boggle is the Ball that you just made recently. I get it, you are a community member and you love wynncraft but come on! When you are throwing this ball, you can be throwing a party in real life or at school. Not to mention the fact that this was HOURS of sitting in a lobby talking in a chat box. Now, A WEDDING??? Come on man, you know I luv ya and we are really good friends but you are announcing a marriage of 2 underaged people in a 26 DOLLAR GAME and on a MMO RPG server and making it a legit event. I'm sorry but that just doesn't seem right. Maybe I am the only one who thinks this and maybe I'm wrong but still. Why don't you make an event to play the game or play on another server, or make a cool game from some existing features on this server (Marion Kart for example.)

Even though they might be having 'too' many events, I really think that people should cut them some slack. This is something that requires planning, and they are going out of their way to do something like this for our lovely community, so even though people don't nessesarily like or enjoy the concept that much right now I think we should at least appreciate the effort put into these kinds of things. Many of you might not like how they are handling these events, but all they really want is to bring us together and for us to laugh and have fun. But thats just how I think of it, and if you completely disagree with me its fine, just lets not turn this thread into a warzone.

Well I only hosted two events, the Ball and the Beach Party so it really isn't a big deal.

Trust me I have a social life in the real world too xD I'm not THAT addicted to Wynncraft haha.

 

This time its going to just be within a server and with a maximum of 60 people, i really dont think all 60 will even show up. If need be we will just move the event to a another server, simple as that. If people come to the area we dont need them to we will just politely ask them to move down, there is nothing wrong with that.
