That's just unconfirmed speculation, I don't think it should be on the wiki.

does the name of the sky islands' theme have anything to do with this

I have never done it before, I used the wrong cave every time. I found it today and it just worked

I did it 3 times, and out of the 3, 1 of them failed to teleport me to the cloud area

not explicitly, but there's a no dialogue villager in the place where a villager had their consciousness moved into a mushroom, so...

The very northwest corner of Corkus, on the more western hill. There's a cave with a button and a turbine in it, and if you press the button and then jump onto the turbine you will be teleported here

 

Does he have dialogue for The Moon already?

this isn't the one i was hinting at recently but hey, nice find!

 

As much hate as the wynncraft devs get, you gotta admit that the effort they put into making so much unique dialogue for this 1 random item from a quest when you take it to different locations is amazing, bravo.

 

I checked the moon, doesn't seem to be it, although i could have missed it.
not the ahmsords origins discovery either

 

Checked all the towers of the Ruined Castle just north of Ahmsord and found nothing

It would make sense to be there since:

• It was the centrepiece of the Colossus-worshipping civilization in the Ahms region
• The civilization and its castle were destroyed by the Colossus
• The castle is now overrun with cultists
• It's the closest thing to a bastion in the region

I thought that it could be Astraulus' tower, but I wouldn't really call it a bastion or overrun so I doubt it.

 

Did anyone check Frozen Fort?

 

Don't think this is the one Lex was hinting at, but its at the buildings on Regular Island
