I don't have the time myself, but I recommend either trying the Corrupted Village spike, the old tower SD near the roots of corruption, or the abandoned mines secret discovery. It's likely the second option.

 

checked the tower cave, but i might have not been thorough enough.

also checked the elemental exercise cave, the avos temple, and the taproot (couldn't go inside, but I checked the outside) in case it's plant roots and not corruption roots

 

i was just having a nice time wandering around climbing the spikes on the roots having not found the dialogue and then this

Here's a starting hint for the next secret dialogue.

Far up high, amongst the clouds.
A defense lost, a home claimed.
Atop a bastion, gravity falters.
A city, owned but not created by its rulers.

This one might end up being a bit harder to find, good luck.

 

could be the fortuneteller clouds unless thats a dialogue already

 

Just checked it, nothing. It would've been too obvious, anyway.

 

TPed up to the fortune teller clouds on the regular map and not the quest zone, nothing there either
nothing on that one weird white bit of island, even on the surrounding clouds

some ideas:

a lot of ONOL rooms have clouds
the smuggling island from acquiring credentials has clouds I think?

Theory: Talking mushroom is Tisaun Sodeta because he says he killed a thousand undead
maybe just a little bit of a stretch but who knows

It's a stupid theory but it isn't impossible, maybe the mushroom has a clouded memory of his life prior to being a mushroom?

Chances are, though.. this is just a joke dialogue


As for the next dialogue, I checked Troll Tower and to my knowledge there is nothing there. Try the top of EO (not in-dungeon) and other high points across the map

Also, why is he SELLING mushrooms? Isn't that like human trafficking in his perspective?

 

its hard to say for sure whether or not the mushroom means what he says at any given moment

 

maybe more like selling a monkey or fish, other mushrooms might not be sentient

 

are you trying to imply that monkeys and fish are not sentient beings

Well, he clearly has some kind of lore with Ariodo, but aside from that, not much else is known about him.

 

I thought it was hinted at that he was a Siegfried
