Swap Manablast And Cascade’s Base Damages And Increase The Attack Tier To Slow

Title says it all. Either that or make cascade Super fast. Cascade does too little damage for a legendary wand.

Cascade does around 11k meteors with builds in addition to auxiliary effects like its massive ws. Cascade is far from weak. (Note that you can probably do better than said build I posted)

If you're worried about getting blocked by element defenses, use raw spell in your build. If you do not wish to do that, feel free to use a secondary for those few situations where you get walled by element defenses.
