Speculation Suspicious Room - Ragni Castle

I found some pretty weird pressure plate and hopper AND a loot chest inside of a prison cell hidden inside of ragnis castle. Especially since other threads have revealed, the talking mushroom has dialogue in the Ragni Entrance as well. There is also a secret hopper hidden in the fire place that accepts Bob's tear. And also in the castle, a door that has 4 buttons, which cannot be opened. It is very mysterious so here is a video.

Nevermind, the button DOES work... There is something weird though about the room.

From what I remember, this has been there since the very early days of Wynn (possibly pre-quests if I remember correctly.) It just looks like they redid it with a loot chest and an easy way to leave the cell (that is all the plate is for, I already checked this a few days ago)
