I'm going to answer all since why the heck not:
My favorite weapon skin is the Half Moon Bow.
The Eye seals out as my favorite mob model and skin when it ejects in its final phase to take you on personally. It's incredible how much detail's placed for that boss.
The discovery I like the most boils down to the:

Final discovery of Nesaak. I'm not too big of a fanatic for lore stuffs but I really enjoyed the little fight at the end and the amount of detail placed such as Theorick shooting ice and such.
