Put your NNID down and I'll add you into the Wii U Tournament.

 

Just to check, switching characters? Any specific rules?

 

At the start of the first match of the set you play any character you want.
Say that you lose the first match, you can then change your character.
Your opponent will then be allowed to change their character or stay the same character to fight against what character you chose.
Then you are allowed to change characters once more, and the opponent must play that character for that round.

As for the rules, I explained it on the first post

Ruleset:

• 3 Stocks
• 8 Minutes
• No Customs
• No Equipment
• No Items
• BO3, Finals are BO5
• Double Elimination
• Gentleman's Rule - If you and your opponent both agree to a stage than you can go ahead and play there.
• Dave's Stupid Rule - You can not play on the same stage twice in the same set.

If I'm misunderstanding that, tell me.

 

The 3DS tournament bracket sign ups will end in 5 hours from now and the tournament will begin. I will put a bracket up when the signs ups close and the tournament begins. You have from 9/18/2015-9/25/2015 to play your opponents. Keep in mind that the bracket list is randomized, so don't blame me who you go up against first.

The Wii U tournament sign ups will continue until we get at least 6 people entered. If we do not get that many participants over a long period if time, I will most likely take out the Wii U tournament and focus on 3DS, seeing as there is a large amount of people signed up for the 3DS tournament compared to he Wii U tournament.

To report your scores to me, respond to this message saying what the score was and who won. The other person then has to give a sign of agreeing, maybe a like or a response to that. You can also tell me elsewhere, as long as both of you are there. I'll repost what you need to know during the matches here:

You will have 1 week to enter for each tournament. Then, you will have 1 week to play your opponent. If you do not have time to play your opponent within that time, you will automatically forfeit and the other player will advance on.

If you think that there will be any disputes on what the results are, either make sure to save all of the replays, or ask me to spectate. Keep in mind, you are allowed to play your matches without me, as sometimes I will be busy doing something else and can not join the matches.

If there is a large amount of lag, you are allowed to play at a later date, however, still along the lines of within one week. If it is laggy and it is near the end of the week, the person with the better internet connection at that time will advance.
