Suggestions For Refine Rates

    I have a few suggestions to make the refine rates more forgiving.

    1). Make it so every tier has the 50% base and 70% max. (Most reasonable imo)

    2). Make the reduction less significant. (i.e. 5% reduction in max refine chance every time until 70%) (Quality of life change)

    3.) Make it so every tier has the capability of a 100% refine rate, yet the amount of grinding required to reach that amount increases with each tier. (Very unlikely, but just an idea)
