World [suggestion] Lvl Based Hp Regen?

    [1st suggestion on this forum, go easy on me and point me in the right direction]

    I'm sorry if I'm missing something, but I'm a lvl 52 with horrible armour, no clue if I NEED to have hp regen armour, if so that is bs. For me to have a half-decent hp regen shouldn't be locked behind what my gear is.

    I suggest that a health regeneration is added, and it scales with how much HP you have or your lvl

    The regeneration would only be active OUTSIDE of combat.
