World Subspaces

    this suggestion is to add a new kind of challenge in wynn, gavel, corkus and perhaps even RTD.

    A subspace is what you would consider a difficult dungeon, mini-raid or whatever you want. These offer challenging... challenges (who'd have thought) that would seem extremely difficult at-level.

    I said dungeon / mini-raid because it follows the same structure. there are a multitude of different obsticles to overcome and you're led into the hardest room, the boss fight. The bosses in these subspaces would be big beefy things, a cool knight, a serpent or even fricken bigger things that require you to take out limbs before being able to take out the boss. Even though im a modeler I'm pretty sure there's no way of adding attack animations and it completely sucks, that would be one thing that i'd change about modeling.

    To make it more repeatable, as an example, each room would have a number assigned to it. 1-4 for 4 different variations. say theres up to 5 rooms, massive variations in what you get. a random number is then picked and whatever room is assigned that number is then loaded.

    also to make it so that people can't just do the lowest level one, say thats near detlas, the rewards would be:

    rares - legendaries at level - the next level range.
    emeralds lots of them.
    chance at some nice tier powders.
    a powerful ingredient thats picked from a pool of 3-5 depending on subspace.

    sorry that this is pretty short and probably not well put together but im ill and typing on my phone, im too lazy to fix errors and format on here. :(

    this is also not a raids suggestion. raids would be on a much larger scale. these would be soloable. but just barely.

    I just don't understand how this is all that different than dungeons. Lots of dungeon has different boss mechanics, so while I like the idea of having a boss where you take out limbs or whatever and I like the idea of randomized rooms like in (C)SST but for bosses, it just sounds like something that could easily be made into a new dungeon. In my mind, there is nothing in this suggestion that couldn't be done in a dungeon, so while I like the ideas core mechanics, I just think the idea is too derivative of something good we already have.

    That being said, I would love to see a molten heights dungeon where you break into the great library and the boss fight at the end consists of a random 1v1 against one of the four (maybe five) bosses from D&D part 1. I think something like that would be a more sensible and likely application of your ideas. Again, I just want to be clear that I like the core ideas but the application just doesn't make sense to me.
