Speculation Strange Mushroom???

So, I was sitting around Thesead when an item-mob spawned in my face. I killed it and it dropped a "strange mushroom" it is classified as a misc. item, but is also untradeable. I doubt this has any relevance to ???, but of course, no one has any answers, so this could be helpful in some abstract way. Here's a link to an image of the item.

 

It's could potentially be the third item required for the hopper in Yahya's house; where exactly in Thesead was it?

We determined it was worth throwing 3 untradable items into Yahya's hopper. Perhaps the Black Spoon, the Talking mushroom and the Strange mushroom could be it?

 

I was sitting afking by the thesead mayor after i had finished Hidden City, when i came back on it was jumping in front of my face.

 

Thank you for tagging me, but I have nothing left to share. You guys covered all I know. I do not know if it is related to ???, all I know is where and how I found it. It is rather suspicious because it just a random mob in a rather hidden spot with no quest for it.

 

maybe it's random to delay our findings?
