Clue Strange Buildings Behind Thesead Including Random Holes That Need Fixing

I found a strange house behind the Thesead that looks like it's full of buttons. I have yet to explore all of the buildings, but I remember seeing Rebel Miner name tags through the walls inside the city.
I also found a huge hole that I cannot escape from. Yay for builder errors! :c

 

You might of found something, but I've tried many houses like this with no results, some of these have been before the update just for weird decorations or simply to test us. I believe our best bet for ??? is to continue with the meteor discoveries.

I was in that cave, all it is is a pretty good grinding spot for level 90.
It also has a really good chest in it (tier 3?) Yeah, I got a bunch of powders, rings, rares, set items, and a legendary bracelet from a chest that @Ryguy nearly stole from me.

 

No I found the chest but couldn't open it. You stole it from me.

I was just there and pressed pretty much every button I could find. Could not hear any pistons or anything moving, nor and pattern with the buttons. There WERE pressure plates and a ton of carpets in there, however.

seems to lead to a 9x9 empty room
